In order to improve workforce competence, PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) held an In-House Training for BNSP Welder Certification attended by 15 personnel. Theory sessions were also attended by the production team to strengthen technical understanding and work standards. This step is part of SEAPI's ongoing efforts to prepare a certified and reliable workforce.
